The very first session changed the way I walked. My sense of balance became sharper; my movements gained stability and spaciousness. Before long, Sara Lyn guided me beyond the Warrior poses into other practices that supported my goals. Over time, I learned to use my breath consciously. As my posture changed and my body opened up, my voice changed as well. It became fuller, more resonant, and more intentionally directed. My own journey with movement taught me that true confidence is not built through pressure or perfection - but through consistency, awareness and learning to trust yourself and what your body is capable of.
After learning yoga in ancient India, teaching on the mats around the world and training Muay Thai as an amateur fighter in Thailand my approach combines strength, mobility, nervous system support and a resilient mindset to help you build confidence from the inside out.
I believe that experience is our greatest teacher. My approach therefor is not only to guide you through your practice but even more to ensure that you feel your body in a different way. I will support you on your personal journey exploring yourself and stepping into your greatest potential.
