Where Pilates meets Yoga · 100h Online Teacher Training
The missing
piece in yoga.
Every movement starts at the core. Teach from there.
Your deep core is the origin of every functional movement and the foundation of a safe practice. Pilates has always trained it. Most yoga teacher trainings barely touch it.

200 hours done. And you still feel lost in front of your class? You know the poses. Not what holds them. Most teacher trainings teach the shapes but skip the deep stabilizing muscles underneath: the breath, the pelvic floor, the deep belly and back muscles. Deep Core takes you back to the roots: the anatomy beneath every asana. Where alignment starts. Where injuries stop. Where real strength is built.
Your breath becomes your greatest tool for inner stability. You'll guide your students safely and walk into every class with what no cue sheet can give you: real confidence.

Meet your teacher
I got you. After my first teacher training, I felt completely overwhelmed. I knew the poses, but not what truly holds them. And after 17 years of ballet, I didn't have to: hypermobile as I was, I could get into almost any shape. So I taught vinyasa after vinyasa without the strength underneath, until my shoulder made me stop. Strength training and Pilates showed me what was missing: stability from the deep core, the muscles that hold every pose from the inside. Out of that, I developed Deep Core, and now teaching teachers how to implement this into their classes. For a safer, stronger practice and advanced poses that finally feel within reach. And above all, you teach with confidence, because you embody what you know.
It all starts with your core. We all have one. We just need to learn how to use it. That's exactly what this training gives you: strength from the inside out.
Why depth matters
A pose is only as safe as the center that holds it. Pilates knows this. Yoga rarely teaches it.
Yoga
Breath, mobility, awareness
But rarely trains the deep stabilizers that actually hold the pose.
Pilates
Core strength & body control
But trained in specific exercises only, not in complex movement.
Deep Core
Fundamental connection
The foundation for everything. Every pose, every transition, carried from the inside out.
I grew up in ballet. Seventeen years of it. When I started teaching Pilates, something new opened up in me. And then, almost on impulse, I booked a flight to India. In Goa, during my first 200-hour training, I felt it with my whole heart: this is it. I don't want to do anything else.

So I taught. Non-stop. In fitness classes, martial arts schools and yoga studios, anywhere people wanted to move. I did my 300 hours in Rishikesh and flowed through thousands of vinyasas. And then, somewhere around my 10,000th, my shoulder began to hurt.
I convinced myself it was the boxing, the one thing that gave me balance off the mat. So I went to the gym, started lifting, and fell in love with the body all over again.
It took me years to see the truth: it wasn't the boxing. It was my practice. All those vinyasas, without the stability to carry them. The stronger my back became, the quieter my shoulder got. And the more I learned to connect with my pelvic floor, the less I sank back into my lower back.
Then the pandemic came, and with it a big shift: my business moved from yoga retreats to online. And the way I practice and teach changed with it. Suddenly I couldn't adjust anyone with my hands. All I had were my words and my students' own awareness. That's when it became so clear to me: body awareness, a deeper knowledge of the body and precise cueing are what truly make yoga accessible to everyone.
Today, everything I learned on that path lives in Deep Core Yoga. Because I see it in classes again and again: dedicated, beautiful people hanging in their joints, collapsing into their lower back, snaking through transitions and poses their body isn't ready to carry. I see them, and I see myself.
That's exactly where Deep Core begins.
With targeted exercises that go beyond classic Pilates, we recondition the body and gently lead it out of old compensation patterns: no more hanging in the joints, no more gripping. We build strength from deep inside, so you and your students can keep practicing safely, for years to come.
And the most beautiful part? It doesn't matter which aches and pains you carry, or what your students bring to the mat. Everyone can use their deep core. Whatever their story.

“My back hurts.”
A student asks about her back and you don't know how to answer. Not because you're a bad teacher, but because no one ever taught you the system underneath: the pelvic floor, the deep stabilizers and how they all work together.
With Deep Core: you understand the deep stabilizing system and know exactly which exercises and cues take the pressure off the back.
There are too many yoga teachers
What sets you apart is your own practice and the experience it gives you.
With Deep Core: you gain a clear specialty and a deeper connection to yourself, so you teach with authenticity, integrity and confidence.
What do I teach next week?
Sequencing eats your time. You build every class from scratch and still wonder if it really makes sense for the body.
With Deep Core: you get a toolkit of targeted exercises for each pose, plus complete sequences you can teach right away.
Your bendiest students are your riskiest
You watch hypermobile students rush through their vinyasas because their body knows the shapes. As a teacher, you can see the strength behind it is missing. But how do you make it accessible to them?
With Deep Core: you know how to switch on the deep stabilizers, so hypermobile students learn to hold the pose instead of hanging in it.
“I had knee surgery.”
Just hearing the words knee or surgery makes you freeze. Yoga can't change the past.
With Deep Core: you know how to train the supporting muscle system, so every student finds their way back to their center and their strength.
Is my practice even good enough to teach?
Your handstand isn't there yet, your backbends feel stuck, and in every class a quiet voice asks if you're good enough. So many teachers carry this impostor feeling.
With Deep Core: you understand your own body from the inside, so you teach from embodied knowledge, not from a perfect pose.
