Meet your Coach
For over 15 years, movement has been my language.
From classical ballet to yoga, Pilates, martial arts, and years of teaching women around the world — my work is rooted in discipline, resilience, embodiment, and self-trust.
I completed my yoga teacher trainings in India, began teaching at a young age, and later stepped into the fighting ring after years of martial arts training.
Over the last years, I built my own path as an entrepreneur while creating a life abroad in Thailand — combining movement, mindset, nervous system work, and embodiment practices into a unique coaching approach.
Today, I help women reconnect to their confidence, inner strength, resilience, and authentic power — physically and mentally.

My approach combines yoga, Pilates-inspired strength work, a Martial Arts inspired mindset, nervous system regulation, posture training, mobility, and mindful movement practices to help you feel stronger from the inside out.
